Once you have received your order, if you are not satisfied with it or you do not like it, you can return it as long as the products are in their original state.
This way you can manage your return:
- If you have an account in Bluenty, go to the My Returns section.
- If you do not have Bluenty account, you can request it in our page Request for Return.
Please, consider the requirements of our return policy before requesting your return:
- You have 15 days to send us your return, counting from the day you received your order.
- Custom products, such as prescription glasses, do not allow return.
- You must send all the products in the same state in which you received them.
- You must add all the accessories, documentation and the original packaging of the products.
- The return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of errors on our part or defects in the product.
- Use a transport service with certification of delivery, as we are not responsible for not getting your package on time.
- After reviewing the returned product, we will refund the amount using the same payment method selected in your order.
