Why the products are so cheap? Are they original?

All products that we sell through our website are 100% original.

They are not test or unboxed products, they are always salable products to end customers in the European Union.

Bluenty is an Authorized Distributor of Luxottica for their brands Ray-Ban, Oakley, Arnette and Persol. For other brands, Bluenty buy merchandise to third independent distributors and is not an authorized dealer of such products.

We buy our products to official suppliers of their respective manufacturers in Europe, and we can guarantee their authenticity.

We can offer these prices just because we have optimized our operating costs, there is no other secret.


How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depends on where we have to send your order, and the total amount of your order.

In general we offer free shipping to certain countries and areas.

Delivery is made at home by a transport agency, which is responsible for bringing to the delivery address for your order, so you'll need to sign the delivery receipt.

How long does it take my order?

It depends on the product of your order. Some products are available for immediate dispatch and others require a prior term. Immediate dispatch means between 1 and 2 working days.

In all products we indicate the shipment deadline, and we use a courier service to deliver your order. Just when we dispatch your order, we will confirm it with an email that includes an online tracking numer. You can find more details about the shipping here.

We can not select a specific delivery time, as this depends on the delivery route in each zone has the carrier. Also note that the carrier does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a confirmation email with shipping information, so you can track your order online.


How can I pay for my order?

We accept different payment methods that you can select when placing your order:

Transfer or deposit: to our account at any branch of BBVA, IBAN: ES14 0182 3278 9202 0817 0839, Swift: BBVAESMM. The best way for safety and price. Please include your order number as a concept. Once we receive the proof of payment we'll dispatch the order. If we have not received proof of payment within five days of being made, the order will be automatically canceled.

Credit card, debit card (Visa or Mastercard): we only accept cards that have enabled the secure payment system Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, you should consult with your card issuing bank if yours has this service activated.

PayPal: You can use any payment method you have defined in your PayPal account. A 3% commision will be added using this payment method.

Sofort: is a payment by direct bank transfer, using the access to your online banking. It is instantaneous and free.


Can I buy products to send them to another person in another address?

Sure, at the time of ordering you will both tell us who want to send you the sales receipt, as to whom you want to send the package with the order.

If in addition to ordering, you register as a client, you can store different shipping addresses other than their own and can thus use them to make your request for a more convenient way.


I have a promotional Bluenty code, how can I use it?

To redeem a coupon code you should do it from the page of the Shopping Cart, once you've added your products to it.

At the bottom of the page appears a Promotional Code option, where you have space to enter the code and click the Apply Coupon button, after which your cart will be updated showing you already redeemed your voucher.

Note that you can not apply two codes at the same time on the same order.

Before confirming your order, a summary thereof with all items included will show also the promotional code if you have, so you have the exact information of what you are buying and its cost.


Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Of course. We are a legally established company in Spain, with each purchase we issue a legal tender invoice.

If you have an account on our website, you can download the invoice of your order directly in your customer space. If it is not, you can request it in our customer support email.
