Please, consider the requirements of our return policy before requesting your return:

• You have 15 days to send us your return, counting from the day you received your order.
• Custom products, such as prescription glasses, do not allow return.
• You must send all the products in the same state in which you received them.
• You must add all the accessories, documentation and the original packaging of the products.
• The return costs are borne by the customer, except in case of errors on our part or defects in the product.
• Use a transport service with certification of delivery, as we are not responsible for not getting your package on time.
• After reviewing the returned product, we will refund the amount using the same payment method selected in your order.
